transportation and other travel expenses. The presentation lasts
two hours, followed by a question and answer period of up to 30
shorter presentation on a single topic is available as a luncheon

permission and to reproduce the materials. We hold copyright for all original
materials and reprint permission for original work is included in the fee. In
most states, the presentation accompanied by written materials will qualify for
